Troubled Southampton star Pablo Osvaldo could return to St. Mary’s in the summer as Juventus line up a replacement. Juventus are reportedly interested in Bayern Munich’s Mario Mandzukic who is set to leave the club following the signing of Robert Lewandowski from Borussia Dortmund. Antonio Conte already has Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente, Sebastian Giovinco, Fabio Quagliarella and Mirko Vucinic among his striking options and is looking to sell at least two of them in order to make room for Mandzukic. Osvaldo is considered to be the easiest one to let go as he is only bound to a contract until the end of the season. The Italian international was involved in a training ground bust-up with Southampton teammate Jose Fonte which triggered his departure to Turin but he may have to return to the club as Conte looks to bring in Mandzukic, according to JuveNews. Osvaldo has played seven matches in Serie A this season but is yet to find the net. However, he has scored twice in five Europa League matches.
