Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp is keen to make a summer move for Darren Bent. Fourth place in the Championship and almost guaranteed a place in the play-offs, QPR are already planning a number of summer signings as they either look to play in the Premier League or build a side capable of winning the Championship next season. Boss Harry Redknapp has been shrewd over the years in the transfer market and is ready to use his knowledge once more by making a move for former England striker Darren Bent. The 30-year-old striker is currently on loan with Fulham from Aston Villa and is keen to make a permanent move away from Villa Park this summer. Just six goals in 28 appearances has seen him struggle at Craven Cottage but QPR are keen to persuade him to remain in London and make a move to Loftus Road.
