Real Madrid are reportedly plotting moves for Chelsea pair Oscar and Eden Hazard in the summer, amid claims Paris Saint-Germain are also interested. Oscar and Hazard have starred for Chelsea this season with the duo having installed themselves as Jose Mourinho’s preferred pairing behind the strikers. Oscar has contributed with eight goals and five assists in 30 Premier League appearances for Chelsea this season and his creativity has seen him linked with a number of top European sides who are reportedly admirers of the Brazilian.
Hazard, like Oscar, will be heading to the World Cup this summer and the Belgian has arguably been held in higher regard than his team-mate, with the former Lille man scoring 14 and assisting nine goals in 33 league games. PSG have been linked with moves for both in recent month, especially for Hazard, and now, according to AS, Real Madrid are keen on adding the pair to their already prolific attacking side. It must be noted that with Florentino Perez, the Real Madrid president, believed to be set to sanction the sale of Angel Di Maria in order to make room for Isco, one of his main buys alongside Gareth Bale, in Carlo Ancelotti’s starting line-up, adding two further attack-minded midfielders is unlikely unless Los Blancos plan on further departures.
