Real Madrid have been linked with a move for Juventus defender and Manchester United target Leonardo Bonucci, according to Infoticker. ch.
The 26-year-old has been in good form for the Turin giants this season, and has attracted plenty of interest from top clubs around Europe, with big-spending Ligue 1 giants Monaco also among his suitors. Still, Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti is seemingly a fan of the Italian centre-back, and is now hoping to add his fellow countryman to his squad at the Bernebau for next season.

Although the Spanish giants already have good options in that position, with Pepe, Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane all vying for a staring spot in the team, Ancelotti may be preparing to lose one of the three. Pepe was strongly linked with a move to Manchester City last summer and is now thought to be on Liverpool’s radar, while youngster Varane has continued to attract interest from Chelsea, managed by his former Madrid boss Jose Mourinho. Juve will no doubt be keen to keep hold of Bonucci, who has weighed in with three goals and three assists from the back this season.
