Arsenal midfielder Mesut Ozil has discussed in brief his debut season with the Gunners and said that he is happy. German international Mesut Ozil arrived in North London last summer after a superb season with Real Madrid, scoring nine goals and creating 13 in La Liga. However, his time with Arsenal has somewhat been less impressive and he has received a number of criticism from media, fans and former professionals close to Arsenal. Yet, his performances have granted him a summer World Cup call-up from the German national side and Ozil has discussed his debut season in English football, saying he is relatively pleased with his efforts. I have had my ups and downs, but I am satisfied, he told German daily BILD. The 25-year-old also discussed next week’s FA Cup final against Hull City which could see the Gunners end their nine-year wait for a title. Arsenal have not won a title for so many years and in a week, we could win the FA Cup. I want to win the cup, it will be my third in three countries.
