Former Fulham centre-back Philippe Christanval has tipped Barcelona’s Victor Valdes to join Monaco in the summer. Valdes recently claimed that it would be a great opportunity to play in England, but it appears Monaco have stolen a march. The 32-year-old has kept 11 clean sheets in 23 appearances so far this season for Barcelona in La Liga.
