Roberto Mancini looks set to be fired by Galatasaray at the end of the season after losing out on the Turkish league title to bitter rivals Fenerbahce – leaving him as a possibility for Tottenham Hotspur who are set to replace Tim Sherwood in the summer. Sport Mediaset claim the Turkish outfit are lining up coach Mircea Lucescu – another former Inter Milan manager – to replace the 49-year-old. Mancini will reportedly be told of the club’s decision within the next few days, despite his team’s upcoming Turkish cup final against Eskisehirspor. Recent reports have linked the former Manchester City boss with the Monaco job with Claudio Ranieri widely thought to be on his way out of the big-spending Ligue 1 side.
