Southampton forward Gaston Ramirez has told the club that he wants to leave this summer, prompting interest from Italian clubs. Uruguayan forward Ramirez nearly joined Liverpool back in the summer of 2012 but chose instead to join fellow Premier League side Southampton. However, his time in the South of England has not gone according to plan and he has featured just 12 times in the league this season. And, Tuttomercato claim that the 23-year-old, who has been called up the Brazil World Cup with his country, is now desperate to leave the Saints and search for first-team football. The report goes on to say that former Bologna winger will instruct his agent to approach several Italian clubs for a summer move, with Inter Milan being mentioned as a potential new home for the youngster.
