The Sevilla star has played an instrumental role in his side’s Europa League success as well as the club’s fifth place finish in La Liga. The playmaker has been wanted by Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers since last summer and the Northern Irish manager is said to be plotting another bid this summer. Despite interest from other clubs, Rakitic says that he is focused on enjoying himself and has not yet made a decision on his future.“As I’ve always said, no decision has been made, I am enjoying myself and I am hoping to do the same with the national team. I am going to enjoy it and leave everything until the end,” he told reporters after Sevilla’s league game with Elche. The 25-year-old has been one of Europe’s top performers this season and speculation over his future is set to continue during the summer transfer window. Rakitic earned the man of the match award in the Europa League final last Wednesday where Sevilla beat FC Porto 4-2 on penalties following a 0-0 draw in normal time.
