Liverpool’s interest in Brazilian left-back Guilherme Siqueira has seemingly ended after Inter Milan edged closer to a summer move. Siqueira first arrived in Europe back in 2004 when Inter Milan signed him as a youngster but after two years at the San Siro, the Brazilian defender moved to Lazio, before making his professional debut at another Italian club – Udinese.2010 saw Siqueira move to Spanish football where he was loaned to Granada as part of a co-ownership deal with Udinese and his impressive performances for the Andalusian club saw him gain interest from the likes of Real Madrid and Benfica. He would later move to the latter on loan where he has played an important part in their Primeira Liga title success and as a runner-up in the Europa League. His future remains in doubt with a return back to Granada looking unlikely, leaving the likes of Man United, Liverpool and AC Milan to show interest. However, Tuttomercato claim that the 28-year-old is ready to accept a move back to his former club Inter Milan.
