Former Manchester United star Roy Keane has stuck the boot into Arsenal by saying they never turn up for big games. Further questions will be asked of the Gunners after a poor performance in the FA Cup semi-final at Wembley saw them trail Wigan going into the final 15 minutes. Arsene Wenger’s men have looked lacklustre as Wigan’s disciplined performance has limited the Gunners to sparse opportunities – with Yaya Sanogo wasting the Premier League club’s best moments. Wigan took the lead with Jordi Gomez converting from the pnealty spot after Callum McManaman was brought down inside the box by Per Mertesacker. Arsenal have been accused of going missing in the big games after badly falling away in the title race in recent weeks. The Gunners have not won a trophy since lifting the FA Cup in 2005 and Keane thinks they fail to deliver when it matters. Arsenal just don’t seem to turn up for the big games, he told ITV. “They’ve not asked enough questions, it’s been so comfortable for Wigan it’s been unbelievable.”Super Sunday!
