Juventus are set to step-up their interest in Barcelona defender Adriano Correia who is also being tracked by Liverpool. According to a report in Sport.es, Juventus have begun discussing terms for the Barca player as they look to bolster their title winning squad. Adriano joined Barca in 2010 after a successful spell at Sevilla. The 29-year-old, who operates at left-back and centre-half, has made 22 appearances for the Catalan giants this season, but could be set for a summer exit as the club look to overhaul their squad. Liverpool are said to be looking at the experienced Brazilian as they look to improve their squad this summer. However, the Reds look to have fallen behind Juventus who have already made contact with the club. Juventus are riding the crest of a wave at the moment after securing their third consecutive Serie A title, but are already planning ahead. Meanwhile, the Reds are being linked with several defensive options as Brendan Rodgers looks to replace loan signing Aly Cissokho who has not done enough to convince of a permanent move.
