Eden Hazard has admitted his desire to join up with Paris Saint Germain sparking speculation he could leave Chelsea. The Blues star was in top form last season scoring 14 goals in his 35 Premier League appearances. The 23-year-old fuelled speculation over his future when he revealed his unhappiness at Chelsea’s defensive tactics in the Champions League, with the Belgian saying the side are not made to play football. Jose Mourinho subsequently dropped him for the next match. And Hazard has now made it clear he would be keen to join up with Laurent Blanc – a confirmed fan – if a deal can be met, according to French radio station RMC. A source close to Hazard was quoted as saying: “Eden enjoys the Parisian project, but he knows he has a long contract with Chelsea.”Hazard’s partner has also been reported as being unhappy with life in London and prefers living in France. Whether any deal can realistically be agreed, though, remains to be seen, especially with Financial Fair Play a consideration.
