Arsenal are favourites to land Juventus striker Mirko Vucinic over London rivals Tottenham Hotspur and Chelsea. The Gunners were in line to sign the Montenegrin forward in January before the move fell through at the last minute – but look set to re-open talks. Spurs are looking at options to address their striking woe with FDN understanding chairman Daniel Levy could make a move for the star. Jose Mourinho had also considered a surprise move for the 30-year-old as he represents a cheap option but is not convinced by the player. Vucinic has fallen down the pecking order with Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente, Dani Osvaldo, Sebastian Giovinco and Fabio Quagliarella all ahead of him restricting Vucinic to just 13 appearances all season for the Italian champions. It is understood, however, that Vucinic favours a move to the Premier League and will command a fee of around 8m.
