Former Arsenal forward Thierry Henry has discussed a possible move that could see Barcelona midfielder Xavi Hernandez play in the MLS. Henry joined Barcelona in 2007 and spent three successful seasons with the Catalan club, winning the Champions League, La Liga title and the Copa del Rey. His time with Barca saw him play alongside Spanish midfielder Xavi Hernandez, with whom he stills hold a special friendship. Xavi, who has been linked with a summer move to the MLS is toying with the idea of retirement at Barcelona or a move abroad to end his career. And, Henry who now plays for New York Red Bulls, says that his former team-mate will make the right decision regarding his future. Xavi can play anywhere he wants. He is so good, he told Spanish daily AS. He will choose what he chooses and it should be accepted by everyone. He needs to think about it, but he can play anywhere.
