Aston Villa could again be under US ownership with four Billionaires from across the pond all interested in its acquisition. Villa majority shareholder Randy Lerner has put the club up for sale after eight years in charge of the purse strings at the Premier League club. After initially coming in under a wave of optimism, Lerner failed to convince fans of his intentions and the club have just survived in the league for several seasons rather than challenge the top. Lerner confessed to a continual battle at Villa in a statement released on Monday and is finally ready to part with the football club.
