Ex-Chelsea star Hernan Crespo believes his former club will be outsiders to lift this year’s Champions League with Bayern Munich and the Spanish giants favourites.  The Blues were heading out to big spending French side Paris Saint Germain before Jose Mourinho’s side grabbed a late goal from outcast Demba Ba – giving the Londoners a 2-0 lead on the night – which took them through on the away goals rule after the first leg had ended 3-1 to PSG in France last week.
The victory saw Chelsea go through to the semi-finals with them joined by Real Madrid who fended off a spirited effort from Borussia Dortmund, while Bayern and Barcelona could join the pair tonight. And while the Argentine legend believes you can never rule out Chelsea, especially with Mourinho orchestrating affairs, the other teams likely to be left in the competition will still be regarded as favourites.  When asked who was his tip to go all the way Crespo answered on Twitter: “Bayern I think. But I also really like how Real is playing, and give Barca a chance as well. ”
