Lukaku is currently on loan with Everton and has been producing some impressive performances under Spanish boss Roberto Martinez. His 13 Premier League goals have seen the 20-year-old linked with the likes of Tottenham Hotspur, Atletico Madrid, Inter Milan and others but it is Dortmund who have made plans to beat their competitors.
