Despite their best efforts Dutch newspaper AD reports that City have finally won the race after the teeanger decided to move to the Etihad Stadium rather than to Anfield. Terms have already been agreed with an official announcement expected soon but the player will stay in Holland until moving to the Premier League giants next summer. Chelsea and Paris Saint Germain had also been tracking Kongolo in recent months.
