Chelsea and Manchester United still have hope of landing star Senad Lulic despite reports suggesting he was close to joining Juventus from Lazio. The Italian champions have been linked with a move for the 28-year-old over recent months with a deal thought to be inching closer in recent days. Bosnian website Sport.ba claim the Old Lady’s offer of 12m for the full-back has now been agreed with the star set to be in Turin on Monday to undergo his medical before signing a four-year contract worth 1.5m a season. The Gazzetta dello Sport, though, say no deal has been agreed – leaving the door open for the Premier League clubs. Lulic may hold out on signing any deal until returning from the World Cup as he looks to put himself in the shop window.
