After an unsuccessful season, Barcelona are willing to listen to offers for a number of players who underperformed in the past campaign. Among those players is Fabregas and, according to reports, Barcelona are prepared to part ways with the Spanish international if the right offer comes in. Arsenal and Manchester United are interested in taking Fabregas to the Premier League, and Bara have placed a 45million price-tag on the player. With Fabregas’ possible departure, Barcelona are examining a number of possible options if he were to leave and regard Ander as their preferred replacement, according to Mundo Deportivo. The Basque midfielder has a 29million release clause and has the same agent, Arturo Canales, as Barcelona defender Gerard Pique. The 24-year-old has been impressive for Athletic who finished fourth in the league and earned their place in next year’s Champions League. Should Barcelona receive the fee they are looking for from the sale of Fabregas, a move for Ander is likely to be the club’s next bit of business.
