Juventus could offer out-of-favour striker Mirko Vucinic to Sevilla in order to help them land Ivan Rakitic, FootballDirectNews.com understands.
The Italian giants are the latest big side to show a strong interest in signing Croatian playmaker Rakitic, who has starred once again in La Liga this season after initially attracting the attention of Liverpool last summer.
The Reds remain keen to bring him to Anfield, while there is also strong interest from Real Madrid, though Juventus may now hold some advantage as they prepare an interesting swap deal with the Spanish outfit. Vucinic is another player likely to be on the market this summer after falling down in the pecking order in Turin, and while there could still be interest from the likes of Arsenal, Inter Milan and Fenerbahce, he could also be a good signing for Sevilla. Unai Emery’s side could do with new additions upfront, and a player of Vucinic’s pedigree would certainly give them a boost if they were to lose an influential player such as Rakitic.
