Reported Arsenal target Serge Aurier has hinted that he could leave Toulouse in the summer, adding that, if he does, it will be outside of France. Aurier has been linked with a move to Arsenal as well as a number of other top European clubs, including the likes of Inter and Galatasaray.

The 21-year-old has also been a reported target of Toulouse’s Ligue 1 rivals Marseille, however, Aurier has revealed that, if he moves, he is unlikely to stay in France as he would feel like he would be “betraying” the club. Aurier joined Toulouse from RC Lens in 2012 and has made 71 appearances in all competitions and, despite only being 21 years old, the Ivorian does not feel that a move abroad would come too early should he move at the end of the season. “Moving abroad? I don’t think it is too early,” Aurier told L’Equipe. “It is about trust, and reaching a new step, I am not scared to go higher. “Another French club? I respect France but I would feel like betraying TFC if I would stay in Ligue 1. ”
