Sebastian Giovinco has revealed he is happy to stay at Juventus despite not being given full clarity of his future with the Italian champions.
The 27-year-old has been formerly linked with Premier League duo Arsenal and Liverpool but admits he has never had a fall-out with Juve and would be happy to continue with them next season. Giovinco is not a first team regular due to the likes of Carlos Tevez, Fernando Llorente and on-loan Southampton striker Pablo Osvaldo ahead of him in the pecking order.
However, the Italian forward himself has come out to clarify his position with the club, stating his content in Turin. “I think the club has always been clear with everyone. So far I have not had any kind of signal, so for me there is no problem and I will continue to move forward on this path,” he said on Tuttojuve. com.
The striker has only featured in 13 Serie A matches this season, scoring just one goal with the majority of his appearances being as a substitute. Watch Chelsea v Stoke on Saturday and Arsenal v Everton, West Ham v Liverpool on Sunday.
