Arsenal and Liverpool have been told they must fork out 20 million if they want to land former Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli. The AC Milan player has become disillusioned with life at the San Siro and has said he would leave if the right club came in. Despite being less than complimentary about the English media since being back in Italy, the player is a fan of the the Premier League and is thought to welcome a move back.
