The agent of Liverpool’s Aly Cissokho has revealed that his client will certainly leave the club at the end of the season, with Napoli interested. Rafael Benitez is reportedly after Liverpool’s struggling loan signing as the Spaniard wants to provide better cover for the full-back position next campaign. Cissokho arrived at Anfield last summer in a loan move with an option to sign at the end of the season but it is looking highly unlikely that Liverpool will be making the move permanent following a string of average performances.
The Frenchman belongs to Valencia but it is believed that the Spanish club want to take him off the wage bill due to their financial issues.  “Cissokho will definitely leave Liverpool,” said his agent, Fabrizio Ferrari. Benitez already has the talented Colombian Juan Zuniga as his first choice left wingback but would like to have a capable defender to cover in his absence.
However, Ferrari was also quick to dismiss a transfer to Napoli, believing that the club were already well-covered in the left-back position. I do not think that Napoli need a left-back.  They’ve already signed Ghoulam and let’s not forget that in that role is Juan Camilo Zuniga.  I do not think that Napoli can give away the Colombian, he told Napoli Soccernet.
