Controversial journalist Francois Gallardo has claimed that Liverpool’s Luis Suarez wants to hold talks with Real Madrid this summer.

The Uruguayan striker has been in superb form this season for Brendan Rodgers side, contributing heavily to their strangle hold over the Premier League table that sees them firm favourites to secure the title.

However, his 30 goals in 30 games and 12 assists have gained interest from La Liga’s big two Barcelona and Real Madrid, causing the Reds to become concerned that he may be tempted to leave this summer.

And, well known, yet controversial journalist, Francois Gallardo, has been discussing Suarez’s future at the English club.

Gallardo appeared as a quest on Spanish program Snack TV and was quoted on Fichajes as saying: “Luis Suarez has told Liverpool that he wants to talk with Real Madrid.

“He has asked them to only listen to Madrid and will join them. He has a clause in his current deal that allows him to leave and it is almost closed.”
