Juventus legend Gianluigi Buffon has made a thinly veiled dig at Manchester United for letting Paul Pogba leave on a free transfer.  The 21-year-old has been a revelation since joining the Turin outfit from United in 2012 after a fall-out with Alex Ferguson.
The midfield talisman’s performances have caught the attention of some of the wealthiest clubs around Europe including big spending French side Paris Saint Germain and Real Madrid, who have openly declared their intention to land the player this summer. United have also been tracking their former star – who revealed his heart is still in Manchester despite his repeated snubs by Ferguson – and could make a move to re-sign the player when the season ends. But Juve stopper Buffon, who previously scoffed at United letting Pogba leave, has once again highlighted the Manchester club’s folly.

“Paul is an undeniable talent, a natural talent, a force of nature, he is a guy who has surprised everyone, that has exploded, not even in a lot of time,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “Within two months, two-and-a-half months we had already figured out his talent, the player we were talking about. “
