Liverpool striker Luis Suarez moved up to joint first place amongst the Premier League Top Scorers with two goals in the 4-0 thumping of Fulham at Anfield on Saturday.

Suarez moves level with his Liverpool teammate Daniel Sturridge and Manchester City's Sergio Aguero, whose team went down 1-0 at Sunderland.

Manchester United's Robin van Persie condemned his former club Arsenal to a 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford with his seventh goal of the season on Sunday.

The Dutchman has now leapfrogged Gunners midfielder Aaron Ramsey in the Premier League scoring charts.

Newcastle United striker Loic Remy also took a small step up the standings after hitting the only goal of the game away to Tottenham Hotspur earlier in the afternoon.
